Who it suits

Milky white is white with the harshness taken out. A flat white can look like correction fluid on brown hands; this one is semi-sheer, so the nail shows through and the effect is soft rather than stark. Round short nails make it look even gentler. It is a good summer shade in Lahore heat and a good neutral for a mehndi guest.

Wearing it

Semi-sheer bases hide regrowth well, which is the main practical reason to choose this over a solid white. The thing to watch is staining: turmeric, chilli and strong masala can leave a warm tinge on a pale milky base, so wash up soon after cooking. If you want a little interest, we can add a single gold fleck or a thin tip on two nails; say so in the DM.
